As an active partner with D+P for over 20 years, Ken led more than 100 M&A transactions while also exercising oversight responsibility for more than 200 D+P transactions. He also led D+P’s healthcare practice, closing more than 30 deals in that industry.

Ken is the Financial and Operations Principal (FINRA Series 27) of DeSilva + Phillips Corporate Finance, LLC.

Prior to co-founding D+P in 1996, Ken held a number of senior financial and line operating positions in Manufacturing and Publishing – including healthcare, legal and business services, consumer and B2B publishing.
